Fitness Revolution – Meet the Staff
Frank graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He worked with athletes from 2007-2012 at Total Performance Training Center in Wixom, and has now become the director of the Fitness Revolution program. In his spare time, Frank is busy spreading his knowledge to others; he has co-created two websites, “Ultimate Strength and Conditioning,” and “Football Training Pros.” These websites provide valuable information about strength and conditioning for both coaches and athletes. Frank most recently completed co-authoring a strength and conditioning program for high school football coaches and players –Maximum Football Training. The book is a strength and conditioning manual for coaches to implement or athletes to follow which includes a DVD with hours of demonstrations & coaching pointers. Frank is passionate about what he does and loves working with individuals and groups of all backgrounds and abilities. He will be your worst enemy and your biggest supporter to push you to your limits and help you achieve your specific fitness goals.
Nick Wilson – BS, CSCS, USAW
Nick comes to us from the University of Detroit Mercy where he served as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for several years. He brings energy and a playful attitude to training that makes his workouts both challenging and entertaining. Nick has a wealth of knowledge and experience from his years as a college coach and he can create a great workout anytime, any place.
Since I started my career as a Personal Trainer/Kettlebell Instructor in 2004 I have been on an ever going quest to learn as much as I can about the science behind weightlifting. I enjoy using many different methods from some of the greatest minds in the world to deliver my clients results. I love the accomplishments that I see people achieve everyday when they come in to train.

Kara Beth Rogier received her Bachelor of Science in Movement and Sports Science from Purdue University, where she also competed as a Varsity Pole Vaulter. After graduation Kara Beth moved to Michigan where she gained a job at Lifetime Fitness as a Group Training Coordinator and Lead Bootcamp Instructor. After finding her passion in working with athletes she joined the TPTC Team. Kara Beth helps with the speed and agility classes as well as our Fitness Revolution program and Personal Training. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
