There’s a New Revolution at Total Sports Complex: Fitness Revolution

While known primarily for its youth athletics, Total Sports Complex also boasts a growing training program for adults that has expanded to include Fitness Revolution (FR). Comprised of small group training sessions, strength training classes, semi-private training, and personal training programs. Fitness Revolution offers an adult-based community with the amenities you find in larger gyms.

The FR certified trainers at Total Sports Complex in Wixom and Farmington, are also Total Performance trainers and have created a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.

Not sure what type of program to sign up for? Here is a little of what you can expect from the various programs from Fitness Revolution:

Small group training is great for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness. Through interval-based metabolic strength training circuits focusing on total body exercises and more, you’ll lose weight, build strength, improve general conditioning, gain and tone muscle (this does not have to mean getting bulky ladies!).

Sign your group up for semi-private training and with a group of up to six, you set your group goals and intensity of the sessions, and your group can schedule when you want to train with the trainer of your choice!

Personal training sessions give you the opportunity to work one-on-one with one of the trainers on your individual goals. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength, build muscle, or tone, all of the FR trainers are qualified and will help you achieve the results you’re looking for.

If you want to learn how to lift, build strength, improve mobility, and learn how to design a successful program the strength training class is what you’ve been waiting for.

There is also the Women on Weights class offered by instructor Kara Beth Rogier. This is a great all-women’s lifting class that will focus on deadlift, squat, and bench.If you are unfamiliar with the lifts but still want to do it, she also offers two private sessions to learn the lifts and feel comfortable in class.

With classes offered Monday – Saturday and the flexibility of semi-private and personal training, you’re sure to find a Fitness Revolution class that fits your schedule. *Possible classes to be added: a small group training class at Farmington from 5-6:00pm (day to be determined) and a team weight loss challenge beginning around mid-September!
