Pillar Speed Clinic
This is a 45 min program created with the mindset to help create faster and more explosive athletes. Sessions consist of a 30min speed session and a 15min strength session. This will allow us to spend enough time creating everlasting speed and strength in a safe but effective manner. This program has been used on high level professional athletes!
Pillar Athletic Performance
Our programming is customized to develop well-rounded and robust athletes by combating areas that need improvement. We develop individualized strength programs based on an athlete’s sport and ability level. Each session is 90mins long and consists of individual sport specific work, a speed session and strength/mobility. This will allow us to be able to spend enough time creating everlasting speed and strength in a safe but effective manner. Groups are limited to 6 athletes per session
Total Football Camp
High Intensity Training which include 90 min training and performance sessions coached by Total Sports and Pillar Performance Staff and special guests. This intense 10 session camp helps athletes become better football players. Each athlete receives a camp t-shirt, players need to bring their own water, cleats are optional but must have court shoes to wear in the gym. Players will be tested in the first and last sessions
Session A: 10-13 year olds 10am-11:30am
Session B: 10-13 year olds 4-5:30pm
Session C: 14-18 year olds 5:30-7pm
$224 per player before 6/4
After 6/4 fee goes up to $248!
Total Baseball Summer Camps
$200 for all 5 camps or $50 per camp
Total Tuesdays is our baseball camp every Tuesday in June from 9am to noon. Week 1 focuses on Hitting, Exit Velocity and Line Drive percentage. Week 2 is Defense skills and situations the week 3 will move into Pitching and Catching. The last Two weeks will be in the HitTrax with Games and the Home Run Derby.
HitTrax Monthly Membership
$100 per month
Half-hour HitTrax hitting session available weekdays. Sessions must be scheduled 24 hours in advanced Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Sessions are unavailable on weekends and days Total Sports is closed. limited memberships available.

Pillar Hockey Training
Pillar Hockey is designed to help improve your skating stride as well as strengthen your body. This program is owned and operated by former professional hockey player Taylor Raszka. Taylor and his staff are determined to help improve your skating abilities and help you build the confidence you need to take your game to the next level.
Hockey Treadmill Training
Skaters are led through a variety of progressive drills by athletic training professionals based on their current skill level. These drills help improve biomechanical positioning while executing a proper stride. The trainers watch and instruct as the player skates on the synthetic ice in real time, as well as on a delayed video monitor to analyze their stride post-interval.
With trainer instruction, correction and guidance the athlete is able to make corrections, allowing for players with different learning styles to succeed. Private and group lessions available.
