Each Pillar Hockey Academy Summer program offers a unique offering of skill and strength development. Offerings may include: hockey skating treadmill, speed and agility, synthetic rink, customized strength programs, nutrition guide, recovery room. There’s something for every player at Pillar this summer!

HITTRAX HEROES HITTING CAMP
HitTrax is the first and only baseball/softball simulator. The technology delivers innovation to players, parents, and coaches by measuring real-time hits and displaying results. This camp will introduce the proper techniques of hitting. Learning both mental and physical aspects of hitting will allow a player to feel more confident at the plate. Players will learn new drills that will focus on swing mechanics and overall body movements.

HURL AND RECEIVE PITCHING/CATCHING CAMP
This camp will focus on skills needed to improve on the mound and behind the plate. Pitchers will learn pre-game routines, throwing drills, pitching mechanics, and much more. Catchers will learn proper techniques for blocking, receiving, throwing, footwork, and more.

GOLDEN GLOVE DEFENSIVE CAMP
This camp will teach proper defensive techniques and strategies. Players will learn specific movements to improve defensive glove work and footwork. Players will also learn throwing drills that will improve velocity and accuracy.

ALL-STAR BASEBALL COMPETITION CAMP
This camp will touch on all aspects of baseball! Players will learn proper techniques and put their skills into action in various competitions. We will have classic baseball competitions such as Gold Glove, Home Run Derby, and many more!

TVFC Camps – June 5, June 21 & July 10 from 9 – 11 am, 8-18 year olds can train and play small-sided games run by current Toledo Villa FC players and staff. The cost is $30 per camp or $75 for all three, the camp includes a free ticket to the 2023 Toledo Villa FC home opener for all participants registered before May 26 as well as a chance to win a signed mini-ball by the 2023 TVFC team. Total Tuesdays – Tuesdays in June (June 6, 13, 20, 27) from 9 – 11 am TSR Soccer is hosting a camp for 8 – 14 year olds; $25 per day or $80 for all four classes paid in advance. Improve on your speed & agility, shooting, passing, control on the ball, defending and much much more. A free Toledo Villa FC ticket for all those that sign up prior to May 26.
Youth Soccer Class – TS United Soccer Classes are running on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm. The last session of the spring starts on May 3, the class costs $120 for 6 classes. The session after that will begin on August 16, 2023. Email jguy@totalsportscomplex.
Adult Soccer – Men’s Rec on Mondays, Mens Open on Tuesdays, Coed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The last adult indoor session before the summer break, Spring Session 2 starts the week of May 15, $600 per team, if paid in full prior to the first game the total team fee is $550.
